Sapin S.A. has closed an alliance agreement with the prestigious Indian consulting firm Inter-Link Services Pvt. Ltd., whose main offices reside in New Delhi.

The alliance between both consulting companies, with great international experience, will ease Argentine and Indian companies the access to both markets, simplifying and reducing time and operating costs.

Following the footsteps of what has been done before with the Chinese firm CM&A Management Holding, Sapin S.A. continues to open new business gateways with the new world leaders, assisting Latin-American companies in the entry to the Asian market.The local firm, whose president Néstor Farías Bouvier former Secretary of Industry of Argentina, expands its consulting services to the building of new businesses between our country , India and China in the following areas: development of joint ventures; market analysis; valuation of firms; search and acquisition of firms under specific requirements; search of local partners to compete in both countries and the restructuring and previous advisory prior to international launch.  The alliance also offers external professional board directors in both countries in representation of foreign shareholder.
